How would it work?
Ideally you are able to commit to 6 classes within the first 6 weeks. This consists of one class a week (online or in person when possible) and a daily self practice at home. A daily practice can range anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes. Typically, for a therapeutic practice to be successful, a practice of a minimum of 20 minutes is practiced once or twice a day. It could even be a 10 minute practice done three times a day.
It is most likely that if you practice every day, you will feel a lot of change even within a couple of weeks! However, in order to see big changes and make longer standing and deeper shifts in the bodymind, you must commit for longer.
The initial consultation will last about 60 minutes, consisting of a thorough assessment of your needs and goals. This will be followed by a class in the next few days or so in which you are taught your first practice and given guidelines for home practice. If necessary, your third session can happen within a few days of this in order to clarify any doubts, otherwise, we meet the following week, having set up a regular time slot.
Classes are optimally weekly for our first 12 weeks of working together. After that, we would typically have fortnightly sessions for a further three months, whilst you continue to practice at home every day. Concluding the first 6 months, moving forward, we can meet online once a month, more or less, depending on your changing needs and progress.
